Class Waterloo

It has been a very exciting and fun year so far for Class Waterloo. We ended term 1 with the Easter Hat Parade showcasing our wonderful hats. We proudly welcomed our parents, carers, and friends into our friends in our classroom at the beginning of term 2. We enjoyed the opportunity to read to our parents, play a mathematics game with our parents and make some fairy bread to share with our family and friends.

In English we’ve been reading our decodable texts and learning to write information reports about animals. This week we are focussing on writing about dragonflies. In mathematics we have been using rods to measure the length of objects in the classroom.
